Prof. Mayur Pal
Prof. Mayur Pal holds a Bachelor’s degree from IIT Roorkee, a Master’s degree from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and a PhD from Swansea University. His strong academic foundation across India, Sweden, and the United Kingdom reflects a deep commitment to excellence in education and research at a global level. Currently, he serves as the Head of the Geo-Energy Research Group at Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania (EU). With over 20 years of combined academic and industry experience, his work focuses on subsurface energy technologies including carbon capture and storage (CCS), underground hydrogen storage, geothermal energy, and enhanced oil recovery (EOR). His research spans laboratory experimentation, core flooding studies, and advanced mathematical and numerical modelling of multiphase flow, reactive transport, and geo-mechanical processes in porous media. He has authored more than 70 peer-reviewed publications and contributed to several patents in subsurface energy and reservoir technologies.
Sri Rabi Lochan Dhabal
Sri Rabi Lochan Dhabal is a distinguished scientist and expert in Architectural Acoustics and Noise Control, with extensive experience in research, scientific development, and applied building sciences. He formerly served as Senior Principal Scientist at CSIR-Central Building Research Institute, one of India’s premier research institutions under CSIR. During his tenure, he contributed significantly to research and consultancy in architectural acoustics, sound insulation, environmental noise management, and building performance standards. His work has supported infrastructure planning, institutional buildings, and public spaces with scientific precision and sustainable design principles. With decades of technical expertise and research excellence, Sri Dhabal has played a key role in advancing knowledge in acoustical engineering and building science, ensuring functional, safe, and child-friendly learning environments.
Prof. Amitava Ghosh
Prof. Amitava Ghosh is an eminent academician, researcher, and institutional leader with decades of experience in higher education, scientific research, and academic administration.
He has been associated with some of India’s most prestigious scientific and technical institutions. He served as Professor & Laboratory Co-ordinator at the Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research (AcSIR) at CSIR-Central Building Research Institute, Roorkee. He also held the position of Chief Scientist and Advisor at CSIR-CBRI, contributing significantly to advanced research, innovation, and scientific development in building sciences and infrastructure research.
In addition to his research leadership, he served as Director of Moradabad Institute of Technology, Uttar Pradesh, where he played a pivotal role in academic governance, institutional development, and strengthening technical education frameworks.
Adv. Sohan Kumar
Adv. Sohan Kumar is a dedicated legal professional with over 13 years of experience in the field of law. Currently serving as a Member of the Juvenile Justice Board, He plays an important role in ensuring justice, protection, and rehabilitation for children in conflict with the law as well as children in need of care and protection.
Throughout his legal career, Adv. Sohan Kumar has built strong expertise in criminal law, child rights, and social justice. With a compassionate approach and deep understanding of juvenile laws, he actively contributes to creating a child-friendly justice system while upholding the principles of fairness and legal integrity.
Known for his professionalism, ethical practice, and commitment to community welfare, Adv. Sohan Kumar has consistently worked toward safeguarding the rights and dignity of children. His experience as an advocate and role as a Juvenile Justice Board Member reflect a strong dedication to both the legal profession and social responsibility.
ADV Rakesh Kalra
Rakesh Kalra is an India based practitioner psychologist/counsellor with over 12+ years of experience in the field of mental health, counselling, education, parenting, personal development, child and adolescent development, career counselling, behavioral sciences and psychological well-being across various age groups and sectors. He has helped in transforming many lives.
In addition to his work, Rakesh Kalra is also a passionate educator and mentor. He has conducted numerous workshops and training sessions for students, parents, teachers, and professionals in Govt. & Private Institutions focusing on emotional intelligence, life skills, and mental well-being.
